Overview
VintaTV Studios is an iPhone and iPad app for original AI-assisted episodes, free public viewing, role reservations, in-app camera capture, in-app voice samples, production updates, and reviewed premieres. This Privacy Policy explains how Florida Logic Studio LLC collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information when you use VintaTV Studios.
The service is operated by Florida Logic Studio LLC, 1820 NE Jensen Beach Blvd, Jensen Beach, FL 34957. This policy covers the iOS app, website, support pages, account features, Apple StoreKit purchases, Studio capture, fan perks, TestFlight builds, App Store builds, and related workflows.
Information You Provide
- Account information such as Supabase user ID, Apple account identifier, email address if provided by Apple, sign-in provider, authentication session state, and app account token.
- Studio information such as role choice, production choice, story direction, character notes, consent confirmations, greenlight status, fan-perk eligibility, and production preferences.
- Camera and microphone material you capture in-app for a production, such as likeness reference photos and short voice samples.
- Support information such as name, reply email, topic, message, production name, role, screenshots or descriptions you provide, device model, iOS version, app version, and tester details.
- Shipping or sizing information only if a future merchandise perk is offered and you choose to participate.
Information Collected Automatically
- Viewing, production, and library activity, such as episodes watched, saved productions, role status, production progress, and app interactions.
- Purchase and subscription metadata that Apple makes available, such as product ID, transaction ID, original transaction ID, expiration date, renewal state, revocation state, and purchase result.
- Technical and diagnostic information needed to operate the service, such as app version, device type, operating system version, network request metadata, approximate IP-derived region, error logs, Cloudflare logs, and basic performance information.
- Website request information, such as pages requested, timestamps, user agent, IP address, and security logs generated by hosting and infrastructure providers.
Camera and Microphone
VintaTV Studios asks for camera access to capture a fresh likeness reference for your Studio brief and asks for microphone access to record a short voice sample. The app uses guided capture and voice director checklists to improve clarity and consistency. The app should not ask you to import loose files, celebrity photos, copyrighted clips, or third-party media for Studio participation.
Captured material may be stored locally, uploaded to VintaTV or production providers where needed, reviewed for safety and rights, and used to create, edit, moderate, support, and promote the production as described in the Terms and Studio Policy. AI video and voice providers may process likeness references, voice samples, story notes, dialogue, and role direction when needed for production drafts.
Payments
iOS purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. Apple controls the payment sheet, payment method, billing address, and refund request flow. VintaTV receives only transaction information Apple makes available so the app can unlock purchases, restore purchases, show production status, apply hold-window controls, and respond to support requests.
VintaTV does not receive or store your full Apple payment card number, card security code, or Apple ID password.
How We Use Information
- Provide the app, website, support flows, free viewing, Studio capture, role reservations, and production updates.
- Authenticate accounts, keep sessions secure, support account deletion, and sync account-related features.
- Validate purchases, unlock paid roles or features, restore purchases, prevent abuse, and show accurate purchase state.
- Create, edit, moderate, review, and publish original productions where authorized.
- Operate optional fan perks, badges, discounts, or future merchandise campaigns where available.
- Respond to support, privacy, safety, rights, impersonation, and removal requests.
- Monitor reliability, diagnose bugs, prevent abuse, improve performance, and comply with legal and platform obligations.
Service Providers
VintaTV uses service providers to operate the app and website. These may include Apple for App Store distribution, StoreKit purchases, and TestFlight; Supabase for authentication and account-related storage; Cloudflare Workers/R2 for API delivery, support request handling, account-deletion routing, media storage, and logs; Vercel or similar hosting for the public website; AI production providers such as Higgsfield for video workflows and ElevenLabs for voice workflows; and email, support, or merchandise vendors where needed.
Service providers may process limited information on our behalf under their own security, privacy, and platform terms. We use them to provide the service, not to sell your information.
Sharing and Disclosure
We may share limited information with service providers that help operate hosting, authentication, purchase validation, production, moderation, fan perks, analytics, debugging, customer support, security, or legal compliance. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate abuse, to respond to rights or impersonation reports, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is defined in some U.S. state privacy laws.
Tracking and Advertising
VintaTV does not currently run third-party behavioral advertising, does not use IDFA-based ad tracking, does not sell personal information, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.
Security
Account sessions are stored in the iOS Keychain where available. Purchases are handled through Apple's StoreKit purchase system, and administrative deletion uses server-side credentials rather than credentials embedded in the iOS app. No method of transmission or storage is perfect, but VintaTV uses reasonable safeguards appropriate for the service.
Account Deletion
Signed-in users can delete their VintaTV account inside the iOS app from Account, Delete Account. Deleting a VintaTV account does not cancel Apple billing, remove Apple transaction records, or delete records Apple, VintaTV, production providers, merchandise vendors, or service providers must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, subscription, accounting, backup, audit, perk, dispute-resolution, or rights-removal purposes.
Your Choices
- You can watch public content where the app permits without reserving a paid role.
- You can deny camera or microphone permission, but Studio participation may not work without them.
- You can sign out in the app.
- You can delete your VintaTV account in the app when signed in.
- You can manage Apple in-app purchases and refunds through Apple account settings and Apple support.
- You can contact support for privacy, support-message deletion, safety, rights, or impersonation concerns.
Children
VintaTV is not intended for children under 13 and is not directed to children. Minors may need parent or guardian permission for account, purchase, likeness, production, or reward features. If you believe a child provided personal information without required consent, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Regional Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, deletion, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or information about how your personal information is used. Start requests through the Support page. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where allowed or required by law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as VintaTV changes, as production providers change, or as legal and platform requirements evolve. The updated date at the top shows when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated policy applies.
