Launch Status
VintaTV Studios is preparing the new iOS Studio flow for testers before wider App Store availability. The app is centered on original episodes, guided in-app camera capture, guided in-app voice samples, paid role reservations, free public viewing, and reviewed premieres.
TestFlight Help
If you are testing VintaTV Studios, install TestFlight from Apple, open the invitation link from your tester email, install the newest available build, and report issues with your device model, iOS version, app build, and the screen where the issue happened.
Studio Capture Help
The Studio flow uses the in-app camera for likeness reference and the in-app microphone for a short voice sample, with capture director checklists for movement and voice clarity. If camera or microphone access fails, check iOS Settings, reopen the app, and try again.
Purchase Help
Paid digital roles, Studio Breaks, Story Writer slots, Screenplay Passes, Revision Passes, or premium app features on iOS are managed through Apple in-app purchase. Apple controls the payment sheet, refund flow, and purchase history. VintaTV can help diagnose access issues but cannot directly issue Apple refunds.
Production Status
Some productions begin only after a minimum cast or funding target is reached. Costly generation spend may stay locked during a hold window until packet lock and manual greenlight are complete. If a production does not greenlight, VintaTV may offer role transfer options, replacement production options, refund guidance through Apple, or another remedy described in the purchase flow.
Writer, Screenplay, and Revision Help
Story Writer slots are for premise, twist, character, and storyline direction. Screenplay Pass slots are for dialogue, scene notes, and tone suggestions. Revision Passes provide one limited additional reviewed note window. VintaTV reviews all notes and keeps final editorial, safety, rights, and production control.
Production Packet Help
The production packet is the reviewed plan before expensive generation: show, role list, writer notes, screenplay notes, actor capture, consent, rights checks, safety checks, and cost review. Once the packet locks, support can help with access problems or safety concerns, but ordinary creative changes may wait for a Revision Pass or later production.
AI Provider Help
VintaTV may use AI video and voice providers such as Higgsfield and ElevenLabs during production. If a provider is delayed, unavailable, or produces unusable output, VintaTV may adjust the draft, rerun a limited pass, move the role to another production, or provide Apple refund guidance when appropriate.
Fan Perks
Perks, where offered, are optional and production-specific. They may include badges, discounts, behind-the-scenes access, premiere shoutouts, character cards, campaign features, or future merchandise campaigns. They are not cash, royalties, revenue share, stored value, or guaranteed merchandise.
Safety, Likeness, or Rights Reports
Use the support form and choose "Safety, impersonation, or rights concern." Include the production name, user or role if known, the specific material at issue, and a short explanation. VintaTV may remove or restrict content while reviewing.
Account Deletion
Signed-in users can delete their VintaTV account in the iOS app from Account, Delete Account. That flow deletes the VintaTV account without requiring a support request.
Privacy Requests
Use the support form and choose "Privacy question" for privacy questions that are not account deletion.
