Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of VintaTV Studios, including the iPhone and iPad app, website, support forms, account features, Studio capture, role reservations, free public viewing, paid digital features, fan perks, and related services operated by Florida Logic Studio LLC, 1820 NE Jensen Beach Blvd, Jensen Beach, FL 34957.
By using VintaTV Studios, creating an account, submitting a support request, capturing likeness or voice, reserving a role, purchasing a digital item, watching an episode, or participating in a production, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using VintaTV Studios
VintaTV Studios provides original AI-assisted entertainment experiences. Public episodes may be free to watch. Paid features may include Producer Credit, Cameo Role, Featured Role, Co-Star Role, Lead Role, Story Writer, Revision Pass, Screenplay Pass, Studio Break, and other digital services shown in the app.
The service is not a third-party streaming catalog. VintaTV Studios does not provide third-party live TV, radio, sports, news, commercial archives, media downloads, offline saving, export tools, or a third-party media index.
You must be at least 13 years old to use VintaTV Studios. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use VintaTV Studios only with permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms. Some role or perk features may require you to be older or provide additional consent.
Apple In-App Purchase
Paid digital content, roles, Studio Breaks, screenplay passes, app features, and services consumed in the iOS app are managed through Apple in-app purchase unless a legally permitted exception applies and is implemented by VintaTV. Apple controls the payment sheet, payment method, taxes, and refund request flow.
VintaTV cannot directly issue Apple refunds. Refund requests must go through Apple where Apple handled the purchase.
Digital participation items are not cash, stored-value bank accounts, securities, donations, tips, escrow, or real-world deposits. They may be subject to safety, rights, platform, account, and production rules before use.
Role Reservations and Greenlights
Purchasing or reserving a role does not guarantee exact likeness, exact voice, final inclusion, public release, a specific runtime, a specific delivery date, popularity, cash, royalties, revenue share, merch, or any specific perk. Some purchases are queue, support, or creative-input slots. Some productions begin only after a minimum cast, funding, or scheduling target is met.
VintaTV may delay expensive AI video generation until the production is greenlit. Higher-cost slots such as Co-Star Role and Lead Role may be locked until a production is near its funding target or fully greenlit.
Role reservations are structured production participation. Story Writer slots may submit premise, twist, character, and storyline direction. Screenplay Pass slots may submit dialogue, scene notes, and tone suggestions. Revision Passes may provide one limited additional reviewed note window. VintaTV may use, adapt, combine, decline, or ignore submitted direction and retains final creative, safety, legal, and editorial control.
Role purchases may unlock immediate digital participation features (for example progress tracking, writer-room actions, and voting), while costly generation spend can remain locked during a hold window until packet lock and manual greenlight are complete.
Before VintaTV starts expensive AI video or voice generation, it may require a production packet lock covering writer input, screenplay input, actor capture, consent, rights review, safety review, and cost review. After packet lock, additional changes may be paused, declined, moved to a later production, or handled through a limited Revision Pass where available.
If a production does not greenlight or cannot be completed, VintaTV may offer role transfer options, replacement production options, refund guidance through Apple, or another remedy described in the purchase flow or production notes.
In-App Capture and Consent
Studio participation may require in-app camera and microphone capture. The app may require guided capture and voice checklist confirmations before brief submission. You confirm that captured likeness, voice, name, role direction, story ideas, and other submitted material are yours or that you have all permission needed to provide them to VintaTV.
You may not submit, request, or direct VintaTV to use celebrities, public figures, minors without required consent, copyrighted characters, real brands, logos, sports teams, songs, movie clips, third-party videos, or another person's likeness or voice without clear permission.
Production License
When you participate in a production, you grant VintaTV and Florida Logic Studio LLC a license to use, edit, reproduce, display, perform, distribute, promote, and otherwise exploit your submitted material, captured likeness, voice sample, name, role direction, and character input as needed for that production, related marketing, support, moderation, safety review, and platform compliance.
Unless separate written terms say otherwise, VintaTV owns the completed episode, edit, trailer, poster, Studio Break, production page, and related materials. Participation does not create employment, partnership, ownership of the episode, cash compensation, revenue share, or guaranteed royalties.
Fan Perks
Some productions may offer fan perks such as badges, discounts, behind-the-scenes access, premiere shoutouts, character cards, campaign features, or future merchandise campaigns. Perks are optional, production-specific, subject to availability, and not guaranteed.
Fan perks are not cash, wages, royalties, securities, revenue share, stored value, or guaranteed merchandise. VintaTV may delay, modify, substitute, or decline perks for fraud, safety, rights, legal, quality, supply, platform, or production reasons.
Studio Breaks
Studio Breaks are original in-world intermission or commercial-style spots. They may not include real brands, logos, copyrighted jingles, sports teams, celebrity impersonations, third-party ad material, or unauthorized claims unless rights are confirmed in writing.
AI Video and Voice Providers
VintaTV may use third-party AI production providers, including video and voice generation services such as Higgsfield and ElevenLabs, to create reviewed production drafts, voice direction, character references, and related materials. Provider availability, quality, safety rules, processing limits, pricing, retention, and output can change.
You authorize VintaTV to process submitted capture, voice samples, dialogue, role direction, and production materials through these providers where needed for the production workflow. You must not request unauthorized impersonation, voice cloning, copyrighted characters, public figures, third-party music, real brands, or another person's likeness or voice without permission.
Content Review and Safety
VintaTV may review, edit, decline, restrict, remove, or refuse to publish productions, prompts, names, roles, Studio Breaks, user content, public pages, and fan perks for safety, consent, quality, rights, platform compliance, legal risk, or business reasons.
Users can report unsafe content, impersonation, rights concerns, harassment, objectionable material, or unauthorized likeness use through the Support page. VintaTV may remove or restrict content while reviewing.
No Downloads or Extraction
VintaTV Studios is a stream-only service unless a feature explicitly says otherwise. You may not download, copy, redistribute, record, scrape, bulk extract, mirror, sell, sublicense, publish, train datasets from, or attempt to bypass access controls for episodes, media files, posters, metadata, API responses, or app behavior.
Accounts and Deletion
Sign in with Apple through Supabase may be offered so production status, role reservations, fan-perk eligibility, account deletion, and support can work across sessions. You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple account, and VintaTV session secure.
Signed-in users can delete their VintaTV account directly in the iOS app from Account, Delete Account. Deleting a VintaTV account does not cancel Apple billing and may not remove records VintaTV, Apple, or service providers must keep for legal, security, support, accounting, rights-review, perk, or dispute purposes.
Third-Party Services
VintaTV depends on Apple, Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel or similar hosting, AI production providers such as Higgsfield and ElevenLabs, support tools, and perk or merchandise vendors where available. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms, privacy policies, outages, limits, and availability.
Apple is not responsible for VintaTV content, productions, fan perks, moderation, support, or production decisions.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” AI PRODUCTION IS EXPERIMENTAL. VINTATV DOES NOT PROMISE EXACT LIKENESS, EXACT VOICE, ERROR-FREE OUTPUT, UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, PUBLIC RELEASE, REVENUE, REWARDS, OR PERMANENT AVAILABILITY OF ANY EPISODE OR FEATURE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VINTATV AND FLORIDA LOGIC STUDIO LLC ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR LOSS OF ACCESS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VINTATV’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VINTATV THROUGH APPLE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $50.
Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your submissions, unauthorized likeness or rights use, misuse of VintaTV, violation of these terms, infringement of rights, unlawful conduct, or unauthorized use of the app, website, media, or support systems.
Dispute Resolution
Please contact us first through the Support page so we can try to resolve most issues informally. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws require another law to apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as VintaTV changes or as legal, platform, AI provider, fan-perk, subscription, or service-provider requirements evolve. Continued use of VintaTV after an update means the updated terms apply.
